We are a fast-growing short-term rental and property management company specializing in maximizing rental income and delivering premium guest experiences. We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our portfolio in El Gouna and the North Coast.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and build a database of property owners in El Gouna and the North Coast.Conduct high-volume outbound calls and outreach to property owners daily.Present the company’s property management services and value proposition.Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.Follow up consistently with interested property owners.Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.Achieve monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and signed management agreements.Gather market intelligence on competitors and owner concerns.Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development, real estate, hospitality, or property management.Excellent Arabic communication skills; English is a plus.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.Comfortable making 100–150 outbound calls per day.Highly organized and target-driven.Experience using CRM systems is preferred.KPIs100–150 outbound calls per day.Qualified meetings booked per week.New owner acquisition targets.Management agreements signed monthly.CompensationFixed salary.Attractive commission for every signed property management contract.Performance bonuses based on targets achieved.Ideal CandidateYou enjoy sales, are not afraid of cold calling, and can confidently engage with high-net-worth property owners.
