RoleWe're hiring o Sales Development Representative (SDR) — internally, our "Hunter." Your job is to build pipeline: find the right companies, reach the right people with sharp, personalized outreach, and book qualified discovery calls that the founder closes. You own the top of the funnel end-to-end.This is not a call-centre, spray-and-pray role, and it's not a closing role (yet) — it's targeted, research-led outbound to technical buyers, with a clear path to grow as the function scales.What will you do?Build and maintain target-account lists using Sales Navigator, Apollo/Lusha and signal feeds, against our ideal-customer profile.Research accounts for buying signals (funding rounds, hiring, product launches, market expansion) and craft personalized, signal-led outreach.Run multi-touch outbound sequences across LinkedIn and email, with disciplined follow-ups.Qualify prospects against our criteria (fit, pain, trigger, access, timing) and book discovery calls for the founder.Hit weekly activity targets: new leads sourced, first-touch outreach, follow-ups, and meetings booked.Keep the CRM/sequencer clean, log every touch, and report reply rates and what's working by market.Feed market learnings back so we can sharpen messaging and reallocate effort across KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.What are we looking for?0-1 years in B2B outbound sales (SDR / BDR) in SaaS, tech, or services.Excellent written English and a confident, professional presence on LinkedIn and email — this is your main channel.Process-driven and organized; comfortable living in a CRM and outreach sequencer.Able to learn enough about QA and software engineering to hold a credible conversation with technical buyers (we'll train you).A self-starter who is coachable, resilient, and genuinely hungry to build something from the ground up.PlusExperience in outsourcing, staff augmentation, or IT / technology services — selling or generating pipeline for an outsourcing, dev-shop, or QA model.Experience selling into MENA / the Gulf (especially KSA), or to technical / engineering buyers.Arabic (business proficiency) alongside English.Familiarity with QA / testing or software-development concepts.Hands-on with Sales Navigator, Apollo/Lusha, and email/LinkedIn sequencing tools.
