BLOX offers an environment where professionals can shape the future of modular and container-based construction.Role Description The Business Development / Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting BLOX’s modular and container-based construction solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms to close deals. The executive will collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure proposals are aligned with client needs and technical capabilities. The role also involves monitoring market trends, participating in industry events, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management.QualificationsDemonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, and consultative sales within construction, architecture, or related industries.Strong skills in client relationship management, networking, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales contracts, including basic commercial and negotiation skills.Understanding of design-build processes, modular construction, or steel fabrication is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency in standard office and CRM software, with the ability to track pipelines and produce accurate sales reports.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines.Fluency in English and Arabic, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.Willingness to work on-site in Giza and travel locally for client visits and industry events as needed.
