The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the institute’s presence in the market. The role focuses on increasing student enrollment, generating leads, and developing relationships with individuals, schools, universities, and corporate clients.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and revenue.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, schools, universities, and other stakeholders.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective partners and clients.Represent the institute at educational events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.Monitor performance metrics and recommend initiatives for continuous growth.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar role.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.Ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.Fluency in spoken and written English is required.Knowledge of German or interest in German language and culture is highly desirable.Join Komet-Institut and contribute to expanding access to high-quality German language education while becoming part of a passionate and international team.
