Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Front Desk Administrator. The Front Desk Administrator will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, delivering exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and facilitating communication within the organization. The role involves managing phone calls, emails, and faxes, as well as offering support to students and visitors to ensure a positive experience. Qualifications Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties and handling administrative tasksStrong Customer Service skills and ability to engage with clients professionallyExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with Administrative Assistance and document managementAbility to operate fax machines and work with other office equipmentOrganizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in German is a plusRelevant professional experience or a degree in business administration or related fields is an advantage
