Job SummaryThe Business Development Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the Business Development team to achieve company growth objectives through lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic business development activities. The role involves overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, managing client communications, and developing effective strategies to expand business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and motivate the Business Development team to achieve targets and KPIs.Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.Conduct client calls, meetings, and presentations professionally.Manage and execute email campaigns and outreach activities.Monitor and follow up on daily team production and performance.Coach, mentor, and support team members to improve performance and communication skills.Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.Ensure proper usage and updating of CRM systems and business development tools.Support the company in expanding market presence and achieving revenue growth.Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development.Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory role.English Fluency is a MUST.Strong experience in lead generation and client acquisition.Experience in email campaigns and CRM systems.Construction industry experience is a plus.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.Results-driven mindset with strong follow-up capabilities.
