Job SummaryThe Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative and communication support to the CEO. The role involves managing daily schedules, handling internal and external communication, following up on tasks across departments, and ensuring smooth execution of executive priorities.Responsibilities & Job SpecificationManage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments efficiently.Handle all internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.Prepare reports, emails, meeting minutes, and executive summaries.Coordinate meetings, calls, and daily executive requirements.Act as a communication link between the CEO and internal teams.Prioritize and organize urgent and important tasks effectively.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and executive information.Track action items and ensure proper follow-up until completion.Support in preparing presentations and business documents when required.Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks assigned by the CEO. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.Previous experience as Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant is an advantage.Strong English communication skills (Written & Spoken).Excellent organization and follow-up skills.High level of professionalism and discretion.Strong ability to multitask and manage pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Presentable and well-organized personality.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
