About the roleWe’re looking for someone who enjoys making things clearer and more structured. As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll work closely with different teams to understand how things are currently done, document them in a simple way, and help improve them where needed.If you’re the kind of person who can take a messy process and turn it into something easy to follow and efficient, this role is for you.What you’ll be doing· Sit with teams to understand how their work actually happens day-to-day· Turn that into clear, simple process maps and workflows· Document processes and keep SOPs updated and easy to follow· Spot gaps, inefficiencies, or areas that can be improved· Support redesigning processes to make them smoother and more consistent· Work with teams to make sure new processes are understood and applied· Keep documentation organised and up to date· Support follow-ups on improvements and basic reporting when needed What we’re looking for· 2–4 years of experience in process mapping, business analysis, or a similar role· Ability to break down complex work into simple, structured steps· Strong documentation skills (clear, not complicated)· Good communication (you’re comfortable speaking with different teams)· Detail-oriented and organised· Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)· A degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferredWorking Hours: 11:00AM to 7:00PMWorking Days: Monday to Friday ( Saturday & Sunday ).Work Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
