Key Responsibilities:Manage patient enquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service. Schedule, amend, and cancel appointments while maintaining accurate patient records. Coordinate with doctors, clinics, laboratories, and insurance providers to ensure smooth patient care. Process referrals, medical reports, test results, invoices, and insurance claims. Support clinic operations through effective administration, financial coordination, and diary management. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and financial information. Ensure clear communication and effective handovers across the team.Working Conditions: Location: Heliopolis, El Merghany, Cairo. Hybrid position: 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home. Working hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including a 1-hour break. Working days: Monday to Friday. Weekend: Saturday and Sunday off. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service, healthcare administration, or medical support role. C1 level English proficiency with excellent spoken and written communication skills. Strong patient/customer service skills with a patient-first approach. Basic understanding of medical terminology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills. Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
