BSc/BA in Business Administration or equivalent (MBA is a plus).3–5 years of experience in strategy, business planning, or management consulting.Strong understanding of business operations, financials, and organizational dynamics.Proven experience in strategy development and execution at organizational level.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong leadership and influencing skills across different organizational levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Very good command of English.
