The Wholesale Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with wholesale clients and jewelry merchants, maintaining existing accounts, attracting new clients, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain relationships with wholesale clients and merchants.Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.Follow up on client orders and ensure timely delivery and execution.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.Achieve sales targets and monitor market trends and competitors.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Prepare regular sales and client reports.Represent the company professionally during meetings and client visits. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.• 3–5 years of experience in wholesale sales, B2B sales, or account management.• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.• Ability to manage multiple accounts and achieve sales targets.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.• Experience in the gold, jewelry, or luxury sector is a plus.
