Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer care via phone, email, and chat.Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.Maintain accurate data entry and update customer records in our CRM software.Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment. 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer care and customer support.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Proficiency in data entry and CRM software.Ability to actively listen and demonstrate empathy.Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.Experience in retail sales is a plus.Must be able to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
