Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new project opportunities in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or commercial sectorsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and project ownersPromote company products/services to ensure inclusion in project specificationsGenerate and follow up on leads from tenders, site visits, and industry networksProject & Tender ManagementTrack upcoming and ongoing projects from early design stage to completionPrepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with technical and procurement teamsAnalyze tender documents, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate pricing and complianceNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clientsClient Coordination & Site SupportConduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visitsAct as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams during project executionMonitor project progress to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businessResolve commercial or coordination issues in a timely and professional mannerReporting & Market IntelligenceMaintain accurate records of leads, quotations, orders, and project pipelinesPrepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecastsMonitor competitors, market trends, and pricing strategiesProvide feedback to management on market demands and product performance Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldMinimum 3 –7 years of experience in project sales (construction, building materials, fit-out, MEP, or industrial sectors)Strong understanding of project sales cycles and tendering processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to read and understand technical drawings and specifications (preferred)Strong networking and relationship-building skillsProficient in MS Office and CRM systemsValid driving license (preferred)
