Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include answering calls, addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and offering support for travel-related services. Representatives will also maintain accurate records and contribute to fostering a positive customer experience. QualificationsProven skills in Customer Service Representatives and ensuring Customer SatisfactionStrong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse clientsExperience in providing responsive and effective Customer SupportProficiency in Computer Literacy, including the use of relevant software and systemsFluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantageAbility to handle high-pressure situations and multi-task efficientlyPrevious experience in the travel or service industries is preferredRotational shifts and days off.
