The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting patients with inquiries, booking appointments, providing excellent customer support, addressing patient concerns, and ensuring a seamless communication process. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to enhance overall operational efficiency while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.QualificationsCustomer Service skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer SupportStrong Interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in Computer Literacy and ability to operate call center softwareAbility to effectively manage and resolve patient inquiries and concernsExcellent organizational and time management skillsPrevious experience in healthcare or call center environments is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or communication is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environmentFluent in both Arabic and English (oral and written) another language will be a plus
