This role involves providing exceptional customer service to international patients, managing phone inquiries, assisting with scheduling and appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between international patients and hospital departments. You will also be responsible for addressing patient concerns, explaining medical processes clearly, and maintaining accurate records to enhance patient satisfaction.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and excellent Typing skills to ensure seamless calls and accurate record-keeping.Knowledge of Medical Terminology to communicate healthcare information effectively.Fluency in English is required in addition to German and or Russian Ability to work in a fast-paced and patient-focused environment, maintaining professionalism and empathy.Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service roles is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
