Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for English Speakers (B2 or above) at TP Egypt, located in Cairo, Egypt. The incumbent will be engaging in client and customer interactions, providing exceptional support and assistance through various communication channels. Day-to-day responsibilities will include resolving queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining professionalism. Adherence to company policies and a commitment to continuous learning will be key aspects of the role.
