Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for English Speakers (B2 or above) at TP Egypt, located in Cairo, Egypt. The incumbent will be engaging in client and customer interactions, providing exceptional support and assistance through various communication channels. Day-to-day responsibilities will include resolving queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining professionalism. Adherence to company policies and a commitment to continuous learning will be key aspects of the role. Qualifications Fluent English language proficiency at a B2 level or higherCustomer service and excellent communication skillsProblem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilitiesFamiliarity with basic computer skills and standard technological toolsAbility to work in an on-site environment in Cairo, EgyptTeamwork and adaptability, with a strong focus on delivering quality servicesPrevious experience in customer support or similar roles is a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background is an advantage
