Role Overview:As an Outbound Team Leader, you will manage a team of 30 agents who call customers in Kuwait to collect unpaid debts. Your main goal is to help your team hit their monthly targets while staying professional and following the law. You will lead, coach, and support your team every day to make sure they are successful.Key Responsibilities:-- Make sure the team collects the required amount of money each month.-- Listen to calls and teach agents how to negotiate better and handle difficult customers.-- Ensure all agents are polite and follow the rules. They must never be rude or break the law.-- Check the numbers (KPIs) every day to see if the team is on track.-- Speak to customers if they ask for a manager or if the case is very difficult.-- Organize the team’s schedule and make sure they are calling the right customers at the right time.Requirements and Skills-- 2+ years in an outbound call center environment; 1+ year in a leadership role.-- You need to be good at talking to people.
