This role is responsible for continuously monitoring surveillance cameras across the store and related facilities to help ensure the safety of customers, team members, and company property. On a day-to-day basis, the Camera Monitor observes live video feeds, identifies unusual or suspicious activities, and promptly reports issues to security or management according to established procedures. The role also involves reviewing recorded footage when incidents occur, organizing video files, and providing clear, factual summaries as needed. The Camera Monitor collaborates with store management and security personnel to support loss prevention, adherence to safety policies, and a secure shopping environment.Qualifications Experience monitoring CCTV or surveillance systems, with the ability to stay focused and attentive for extended periods.Strong observation and situational awareness skills, with the ability to quickly recognize unusual patterns or behaviors.Basic technical skills to operate camera systems, video management software, and related equipment.Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting incidents and coordinating with security and management.Ability to follow established procedures, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information responsibly.High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism, with a commitment to safety and loss prevention.Prior experience in security, loss prevention, or a related field is an advantage but not required.Ability to work on-site in Al Manşūrah on a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
