You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, high-quality production aligned with business and quality standards.Based at our October 6th site, you will join a collaborative team and directly report to the Process Technology Manager I.Sounds interesting? This is the right opportunity if you enjoy solving technical challenges, improving processes, and working in the food manufacturing environment.In this role, you willManage manufacturing instructions and production processesSupport product industrialisation, scale-up, and process changesTroubleshoot production issues and resolve non-conformancesWork closely with Quality, Operations, and R&D to ensure efficient productionCollaborate with flavourists to align formulations with manufacturing capabilitiesDrive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving (PDCA)Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (e.g. HACCP, GMP, ISO)Contribute to innovation by exploring new processes and technical solutionsYou?You are a proactive and open-minded professional with a strong problem-solving mindset.
