Job Summary:Responsible for acquiring new customers to increase bank market share in Showroom Model. Pursuit new business opportunities by attracting a multitude of new to bank customers.Duties & Responsibilities:1. Promote the bank Car Loans product to convince the customers to deal with QNBAA.2. Calculate and inform the client with full Car loan instalment details.3. Use a new efficient sales technique to attract new to bank customers and increase bank market share.4. Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships to create new opportunities through referrals and connections.5. Achieve agreed upon sales targets within schedule.6. Maintain a proper and professional relationship with the clients and ensure that they receive the desired quality of service from the back-office.7. Direct the potential clients to the convenient branch to complete the car loan process.8. Maintain full coordination with the Direct Business Support team throughout the whole cycle (starting from sending the client’s NID to the commercial team until confirming the car delivery and loan disbursement).9. Inspect the cars before delivering it to the customer and ensure that all the specifications match the price offer.10. Maintain positive and professional attitude at the dealer showroom in compliance with QNB AA policy and regulation.11. Ensure correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that QNB AA business is conducted in compliance with local laws, internal rules and regulations, as well as, international standards.12. Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of Permanent Supervision system, compliance, money laundering, operational risk & workplace success guidelines whenever & wherever possible.Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or commerce.Experience:Minimum 1 years of experience in relevant field (Sales experience) with a sound of knowledge in banking field to match the job qualifications.Skills:Excellent Sales & Communications Skills.Excellent persuasive selling techniques.Ability to work under pressure.Analytical, Innovative, Self-motivated, Cooperative, Creative & Proactive.Working Conditions:Based in the Showroom premisesNight shift condition
