Description: Supervise the development and changes of existing cards and features to have competitive edge among competition in local market. Take initiatives and design new products to meet different customer segment’s needs. Lead product enhancements, and product redesign, with the primary aim of developing and managing the Bank’s Card Products Portfolio in terms of profitability, volume & market share. Duties & Responsibilities:1. Provide the Card Business Units with all related updates to new amendment, features, benefits and services. 2. Analyze & review products SLAs in comparison to the market and other competitors, while ensuring that it’s efficiently met. 3. Provide market-driven feedback to help prioritize features and functionality requests and provide corresponding justification. 4. Determine and fill in the gap via setting a Unique Value Proposition (UVP) for customers. 5. Study the competitors moves regarding products & services developments and changes.6. Identify products opportunities and weaknesses among the bank’s regions and make proposals to support the portfolio managers and retail sales team in achieving their targets. 7. Continuously recommend the required changes in the products’ features or developing new Innovative Products in coordination with Marketing Team to cope with the market competition.8. Assess the customer attitudes to the current products range and new product introductions and share this assessment with the concerned stakeholders. 9. Enhance online banking features and ensure Card production development. 10. Support the implementation and ongoing development across product, process, people, and platform to ensure financial targets are achieved. 11. Manage in coordination with Marketing Department, the relationship with Life insurance and other insurance companies in relation to cards / payment methods insurance. 12. Collaborate with the Back Office and other Bank’s units to finalize all issues related to cards development. 13. Coordinate all actions with Compliance department to ensure abidance by CBE regulations. 14. Conduct regular competitors market scan to evaluate QNB card products value proposition market position15. Manage any product tariff change across all QNB Cards and coordinating with all stakeholders to make sure that approved management tariff take place. 16. Manage international limits change across all QNB Cards and coordinating with all stakeholders to make sure that approved management tariff take place. 17. Oversees all communication and Product Marketing plans of all QNB Card products (website, SMS, welcome letters, statements paper & electronic, digital) 18. Ensure correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that QNB business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal rules and regulations, as well as International Standards. 19. Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and where possible. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or EconomicsSkills: Excellent communication & presentation skills Excellent planning, analytical skills & details oriented Innovative and creative Ability to work under pressure. Excellent command of English language Excellent computer skills
