Job DescriptionWestview International Language School, October Gardens – 6th of October, is hiring now these positions Career Counselor for High School (American Diploma)We are looking for an experienced Career Counselor to join our high school team and guide students through their academic and college planning journey.🔹 Key Responsibilities📍 Assist students in selecting the right subjects for college admissions📍 Support with college applications (local & international)📍 Prepare and issue official transcripts📍 Calculate GPA based on the American Diploma system📍Help students with SAT/ACT/EST registration and timelines. Head of Admission and RegisterKey Responsibilities✅ Lead and manage the full admissions process from inquiry to enrollment✅ Supervise the admissions team and ensure excellent customer service✅ Organize open days, school tours, and parent orientation sessions✅ Maintain accurate student records, reports, and official documentation✅ Ensure compliance with ministry regulations and school policies✅ Provide data analysis and enrollment reports to senior leadershipWhat We’re Looking For✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)✔️ Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in school admissions/registrar work, with leadership experience✔️ Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills✔️ Experience with student information systems (SIS) and database management✔️ A customer-focused, professional, and solution-oriented mindsetInterested candidates can send their CV at info@acceptedjobs.com
