A human-centered, client-centric philosophy guides its commitment to quality, relevance, and long-term impact.Role Description The English and Soft Skills Instructor (C1) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The instructor will deliver interactive English language sessions (with a focus on C1 level proficiency) and soft skills workshops, including communication, presentation, and workplace professionalism. Daily responsibilities include planning and updating lesson plans, designing learning materials, assessing learners’ progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves facilitating group activities, role-plays, and simulations, as well as mentoring learners to apply language and soft skills in real-life and professional contexts. The instructor will also collaborate with other trainers, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in internal training and quality-improvement initiatives.Qualifications Strong English Teaching skills, with proven experience teaching advanced (C1) learners and designing learner-centered lessons.Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written expression, active listening, and confident presentation/facilitation skills.Experience in Training, including delivering workshops, coaching learners, and using varied instructional methods and classroom management techniques.Background in Customer Service and learner support, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and maintaining a positive learning environment.Ability to use Translation skills when needed to support understanding, while maintaining an English-immersion classroom environment.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) are an advantage.Demonstrated experience teaching adults or young adults in classroom settings; prior soft skills or corporate training experience is preferred.Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., presentation software, online resources) to enhance face-to-face instruction.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, learner-focused team.
