In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of catering and conference services for our organization, ensuring exceptional experiences for our clients and guests.Plan, organize, and execute catering and conference events, from initial client consultation to post-event evaluationDevelop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standardsCollaborate with clients to create customized menus and event layouts that meet their specific needs and preferencesCoordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event executionOversee staff scheduling, training, and performance for catering and conference service teamsManage inventory, equipment, and supplies for catering and conference servicesEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation standardsHandle client inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and timely mannerContinuously improve service quality and operational efficiency through feedback analysis and process improvementsStay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event planning and executionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field1-3 years of experience in catering, event planning, or hospitality industryProven track record in event planning and coordinationStrong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsExcellent budgeting and financial management abilitiesExceptional vendor management and negotiation skillsOutstanding time management and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFood Safety Certification preferredFamiliarity with local health and safety regulationsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as requiredFluency in EnglishHighly responsible, reliable and ethical.Results oriented and highly motivated self-starter.Additional InformationHotel Overview: Overlooking one of Cairo’s most beautiful Nile views, Nile City Towers complex is a business destination claim to Egypt’s corporate success.
