Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Sales Specialist located in New Cairo. The Catering Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, coordinating catering orders, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The role involves developing catering contracts, promoting services, and collaborating with the operations team to deliver high-quality events. The specialist will also work to achieve sales targets and actively engage in business development initiatives. Qualifications Expertise in Catering Sales and Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targetsStrong background in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring outstanding client experiencesKnowledge of the Food & Beverage industry and familiarity with service standardsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsExperience in handling event logistics and catering operations is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
