Provide high-level confidential administrative support to CEO first and foremost, and the Senior.Leadership team as required.Manage and maintain CEO's extremely active calendar of appointments, schedules and travel arrangements.Arrange & coordinate meetings/events.Screen CEO's emails, archive and professionally compose replies/correspondences on behalf of the CEO when required.Prepare reports, presentations (investor, board, and partner) and memos when required.Prepare the CEO's monthly expense summary - personal and business-related expenses.Communicate with Leadership team on behalf of the CEO.Perform office management, operations, and facilities duties in an entrepreneurial environment.Prepare travel related expense reports for other members of senior management.Manage all CEO's memberships & subscriptions and their renewals / payments.Coordinate with internal staff at all levels on behalf of the CEO when required.Manage all tasks and responsibilities related to Safa Soft Group.Assist in project management activities, including tracking deliverables, following up on action items, and supporting cross-functional initiatives led by the CEO.Be available to travel domestically or internationally when required to support meetings, events, or company projects. Bachelor’s degree in any related field.5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a senior administrative support role, preferably supporting C-level executives.Proven experience in handling confidential and sensitive information with high discretion and professionalism.Strong experience in calendar management, travel coordination, meeting organization, and executive-level correspondence.Experience in preparing executive reports, presentations, and expense summaries.Background in office management, operations, and facilities coordination is highly preferred.Project coordination or project management support experience is a strong plus.Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally when required.
