This role is perfect for someone with a background in PR or Translation, especially Al-Azhar graduates, who is fluent in English and skilled in using modern AI tools to streamline daily tasks. Key ResponsibilitiesManage personal errands and handle ad-hoc requests with professionalism and urgency.Take full ownership of calendar management: scheduling, confirming meetings, resolving conflicts, and preparing daily agendas.Monitor and manage communications across email, Zoom, and WhatsApp, drafting clear and professional responses.Maintain task lists, ensure timely follow-ups, and keep priorities on track.Prepare concise notes, summaries, and reminders to support daily operations. QualificationsDegree in PR or Translation (Al-Azhar graduates required).Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in AI tools and modern productivity applications.A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented work approach
