Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Change and Release Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in Information Technology Services & Consulting ! About: The Change and Release Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IPT/UC changes and releases across enterprise collaboration environments. The role ensures that all changes are properly assessed, documented, approved, scheduled, implemented, validated, and closed in line with ITIL processes and governance standards. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IPT/UC changes including creation, review, risk classification, scheduling, approval, implementation validation, and closure. Ensure adherence to ITIL change processes and enterprise governance frameworks. Review technical details, MOPs, rollback plans, impact assessments, and ensure accuracy before CAB submission. Maintain the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC) and proactively address risks or conflicts. Coordinate releases and patches for IPT/UC systems including CUCM, Unity, SBCs, gateways, and collaboration platforms. Ensure release packages meet quality, testing, and compliance standards before deployment. Perform impact and dependency assessments for voice, telephony, SIP trunks, IVR, SBCs, and network integrations. Collaborate with Engineering, TIM, TDT, NOC, Security, PMs, and vendors for successful change execution. Support incident and problem management with change-related insights and RCA contributions. Maintain accurate change records, release notes, configuration documentation, and audit logs. Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of IPT/UC technologies including Cisco CUCM, Unity, CUBE, SIP, SBCs, gateways, and call routing. Familiarity with voice integrations, QoS, network dependencies, and SIP protocol troubleshooting. 6–12 years of experience in change/release management or IPT/UC operations. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent. Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation/Intermediate, CCNP Collaboration, or equivalent. Experience performing impact analysis and technical validation of voice-related changes. Solid knowledge of ITIL change, incident, and configuration management processes. Strong communication skills for CAB, ECAB, vendor, and customer coordination. Analytical mindset for risk evaluation, sequencing, and quality assurance. Excellent documentation, planning, and reporting capabilities.
