This individual will report to the Sr. Change Program Manager for Change Management. About the team The Change Management Team is a pillar within the Central Services Team of the EMEA GES (Engineering Services org). The team's focus is To drive a customer friendly Change Management process and services to our internal customers (site delivery teams) in terms of decision velocity, process clarity and access to information.To Maximize value to the business through multiplier effects of changes across the network (vis a vis single site changes), by driving standardizationTo ensure a process with thorough evaluation of change requests, which leads to cost avoidance of changes that are not as beneficial/ impactfulAmazon is an equal opportunities employer. Key Job Responsibilities: Review new change requests from corporate and site stakeholders against existing standardsOwn the process/ tools and mechanisms for Change requests to be raised , evaluated, concluded within SLAsIdentify process defects through stakeholder feedback and audits. Facilitate cross functional mechanisms to minimize defects in a measurable wayIdentify and address customer and business pain points by actively deep diving into data and operational processes and working with cross-functional teamsWork with Global Engineering Services (GES) and partner SME’s to identify cost reduction and cost avoidance opportunities, through processes to evaluate change requests, and facilitating lessons learnt from changes at a network levelSchedule and moderate multiple weekly standing meetings with internal teams to obtain or share information and approve changes; coordinate information between various teams in the organization Required qualifications/certifications:Basic qualifications: University Degree, B.S. or Master, in Engineering, Science/Technology, Business or related field.Previous experience as a Program Manager in an engineering, or change management roleProven analytical skills and tools (Excel, power bi)Strong verbal and written English communication skills (>C1)Preferred qualifications: SQL, Power BI or query or programing knowledge and experienceExperience of working in logistics, supply chain, engineering, customer service or similar set ups in other organizationsExperience with engaging with stakeholders or customers locally and across diverse geographical locationsAbility to work independently, within tight timelines and with a strong attention to detailAdditional EU languages would be beneficial qualificationsExcellent meeting management and facilitation skillsStrong critical thinking and analytical skillsProven experience in identifying and driving continuous improvement initiativesSoftware / programs / tools: Project management tools, Microsoft suite, BI tools (preferred) Urgency to prioritize: High Required Years of Experience: 2
