Job Responsibilities:Lead current state analysis of complex, cross-functional processes using various analytical techniques.Design and develop future-state process models that optimize efficiency, customer experience, and compliance.Conduct gap analysis and identify improvement opportunities with quantified benefits.Develop detailed implementation roadmaps and transition plans.Design and implement comprehensive SLA frameworks for re-engineered processes.Define meaningful KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business outcomes.Establish baseline measurements and target setting methodologies.Create monitoring dashboards and reporting mechanisms.Lead medium to large process re-engineering projects end-to-end.Coordinate with business units, IT, and other stakeholders during implementation.5-7 years of experience in business process improvement, re-engineering, or management consulting.Business Analysis certification is preferred (Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification or CBAF/P).
