Chapter Lead – Flutter

Role SummaryWe are looking for a Chapter Lead – Flutter to provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, define development standards, and drive the delivery of high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Flutter architecture, design, and development initiatives.Mentor and coach Flutter developers across teams.Establish coding standards, best practices, and technical governance.Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.Drive adoption of CI/CD, testing, performance optimization, and security best practices.Support hiring, onboarding, and career development of engineers.Required Skills & Qualifications10+ years of software engineering experience.5+ years of hands-on Flutter and Dart development.Strong knowledge of Flutter architecture, state management (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider), and mobile app development.Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
