Job PurposeWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and proactive Chemicals Sales Representative to join our growing team at TTC Chemicals. The ideal candidate is a true "hunter" who excels at knocking on doors, identifying untapped market opportunities, and establishing strong B2B relationships. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by actively generating your own leads, understanding technical client needs, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for our chemical product portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesProactive Lead Generation: Actively prospect, map the market, and cold-call/network to identify and secure new business opportunities (hunter mindset).Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain trust-based, long-term relationships with prospective and existing industrial B2B clients.Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact, conducting product presentations, and negotiating commercial terms to closing deals and securing renewals.Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new target sectors and potential product applications.Technical Consultation: Understand customer manufacturing processes and requirements to recommend the right chemical solutions, collaborating with technical teams when complex system compositions are required.Reporting & Targets: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales volume and revenue targets. Provide regular pipeline updates and sales forecasts to management. Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 2–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the chemical distribution, industrial manufacturing, or specialty chemicals sector.Sales Competency: Demonstrated track record of successful business development and direct lead generation (door-knocking/cold-sourcing).Skills:Strong negotiation, commercial acumen, and closing skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Self-motivated with a high level of resilience and a goal-oriented mindset.Mobility: Clean driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to visit client sites and industrial zones.Languages: Fluency in Arabic; a strong command of English is highly desirable.Car is a must
