Chief Information Technology Officer

Position SummaryThe Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO) is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for defining and executing the organization's technology vision, digital transformation strategy, information management framework, cybersecurity program, and innovation agenda.The CITO ensures that technology capabilities align with business objectives, support operational excellence, enable growth, enhance customer and employee experiences, and create sustainable competitive advantage.The role is accountable for the leadership, strategy, governance, and performance of all technology-related functions, including enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, business intelligence, digital products, cloud services, innovation initiatives, and technology investments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the organization's enterprise-wide technology strategy aligned with corporate objectives and business growth plans.Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and organizational agility.Oversee all technology operations and service delivery functions.Develop and maintain an enterprise cybersecurity strategy.Oversee the selection, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise technology solutions.Develop enterprise data strategies and governance frameworks.Establish enterprise technology governance structures.Develop and manage the organization's technology budget and investment portfolio.Oversee enterprise technology project portfolios.Build and lead a high-performing technology organization.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in Information Technology.Minimum 10 years in a senior executive technology leadership position.Experience managing enterprise technology environments across multiple business functions and locations.Strong background in cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, and data analytics.Experience managing significant technology budgets and vendor relationships.
