Position SummaryThe Human Resources Director is responsible for developing and executing the organization's human capital strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company.This role oversees all aspects of Human Resources, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, succession planning, labor relations, compliance, learning and development, culture transformation, and HR operations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and long-term business objectives.Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on all people-related matters.Develop and oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent across executive, corporate, operational, guest services, and support functions.Lead initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.Establish a comprehensive learning and development strategy.Develop and maintain a robust performance management framework.Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits strategies.Develop and maintain positive employee relations strategies.Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and governmental requirements.Lead, mentor, and develop the Human Resources team.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or managementMinimum 20 years of progressive Human Resources experienceMinimum 10 years in a senior HR leadership role.Experience leading HR functions across multi-site operations.Experience in hospitality, tourism, entertainment, leisure, recreational facilities, wildlife parks, zoological institutions, or large service organizations preferredProven experience managing organizational growth and transformation initiatives.Strong background in talent management, total rewards, organizational development, employee relations, and HR strategy.
