1. Operational LeadershipOversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, utilities, and logistics.Ensure uninterrupted, safe, and efficient plant operations aligned with production targets.Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing, process optimization, and cost control initiatives.2. Quality & Process ManagementEnsure consistent product quality meeting customer and regulatory standards.Oversee quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams on process improvements and new product scale-up.3. Supply Chain & Production PlanningOptimize supply chain operations, including raw material sourcing, inventory control, and distribution.Ensure effective production planning to meet customer demand and minimize waste and downtime.Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations in collaboration with procurement.4. Financial & Performance ManagementDevelop and manage operational budgets, capital expenditures, and cost optimization programs.Monitor KPIs related to productivity, safety, quality, and efficiency.Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and investment decisions.5. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).15+ years of progressive experience in chemical manufacturing operations, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role.Proven experience managing large-scale manufacturing facilities and cross-functional teams.Familiarity with regulatory environments’ standards, environmental & safety compliance.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
