Drives and supports the Organizational Development strategic agenda and annual goals through active contribution to key initiatives and projects.Overseas and evaluates the holding company and subsidiaries’ structural dynamics, interpreting changes and advising on their implications.Contributes to shaping, enhancing, and governing HR frameworks, including competency frameworks, performance management systems, grading and job evaluation systems, as well as talent and leadership development and succession planning. Assesses organizational HR needs through data-driven and situational analysis and advises on aligned action plans in coordination with the Director.Aligns and steers coordination with subsidiaries to monitor, evaluate, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual project progress and action plans.Partners with and advises the Director and cross-functional stakeholders by delivering insights and informed recommendations.Owns and governs the development, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of job descriptions across the holding company, ensuring alignment with organizational design.Directs and optimizes the planning, organization, archiving, and analysis of Organizational Development databases and activities, ensuring robust governance and administration.Leads the preparation and standardization of reports, dashboards, and documentation related to OD initiatives and projects.Ensures and enforces data integrity, documentation standards, and compliance within OD practices and systems. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Behavior, or a related field from a reputable university.Strong academic performance; high grades and honors are preferred.10-15years of relevant professional experience in Organizational Development or Human Resources.Postgraduate studies (e.g., Master’s degree or professional certifications) are considered an advantage.Participation in HR functional or wellbeing-related extracurricular activities is a plus.Demonstrated accountability, track record is a mandateAdvanced proficiency in computer applications, report writing, and HR dashboard planning.Experience in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantageExcellent command of the English language (written and spoken) is required.
