Job DescriptionPrepare, review, and publish internal circulars, announcements, and operational publications related to the Support Sector.Ensure all publications are aligned with approved policies, procedures, and governance standards.Coordinate with concerned departments to collect, validate, and update operational information before publication.Analyze support sector processes and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Participate in process mapping, process reengineering, and workflow optimization initiatives.Document operational procedures, process flows, and service standards in coordination with business owners.Monitor implementation of approved process improvements and ensure alignment with operational requirements.Maintain proper archiving and tracking of sector publications, procedures, and process documents.Prepare analytical reports and dashboards related to process performance, operational efficiency, and service quality.Support governance, compliance, and audit requirements related to operational processes and publications.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely communication and proper cascading of operational updates.Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all published and documented information.Specific Criteria / QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field.2–5 years of experience in process analysis, operational support, documentation, or publications management.Good knowledge of process mapping and workflow analysis methodologies is preferrable.Familiarity with governance, policies, procedures, and operational controls within banking or corporate environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent documentation and report writing skills in both Arabic and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines effectively.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.
