Civil Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile "Civil Engineer" to oversee, design, and manage our NGO's construction and community development projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and creative vision to ensure that projects are not only structurally sound but also aesthetically aligned with our standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and oversee the execution of construction and engineering projects from conception to completion.Review and evaluate project drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Collaborate closely with site teams, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.Monitor project progress on-site, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and timelines.Resolve any design or structural issues that may arise during the execution phase.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering OR Faculty of Fine Arts (Architecture/Interior Design).Proven practical experience in a civil engineering, architectural, or site supervision role.Proficiency in engineering and design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.2-4 years of experience
