DescriptionQStaffers is currently looking for a Client Lead (Account Manager) for one of our partners, a pioneer in the Media Production field!AboutThe Client Lead (Account Manager) translates messy client requests into structured briefs, protect the team from scope creep, and identify opportunities to grow each account.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all active retainer and project clientsConduct weekly or bi-weekly client check-ins (depending on account size)Manage client expectations: set realistic timelines, communicate delays proactively, and present work professionallyHandle all client feedback loops: receive notes, translate into actionable items for the team, and manage revision rounds within agreed limitsConduct quarterly client reviews: present performance summaries, gather feedback, and identify satisfaction risksBrief & Scope ManagementConvert every client request into a structured internal brief using a standardized templateEnsure every brief includes: objective, deliverables, timeline, budget parameters, approval workflow, and revision limitsFlag any out-of-scope request immediately — do not promise before checking with Head of Ops and MDMaintain a scope log per client: what was agreed vs. what was deliveredAccount Growth & CommercialTrack revenue per client monthly and identify upsell opportunities (additional services, increased content volume, new platforms)Prepare upsell proposals in collaboration with MD for existing clientsSupport MD in preparing pitches and proposals for new businessOwn the renewal process: start renewal conversations 60 days before contract endTrack client health scores: engagement level, payment timeliness, satisfaction signals, risk of churnInternal CoordinationWork with Head of Operations to ensure briefs are handed off cleanly and on timeAttend production planning meetings to flag client priorities and upcoming deadlinesEnsure deliverables go through internal QC before client reviewMaintain client folders and documentation in the PM systemRequirements2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or client success at a creative agency, media company, or marketing firmProven experience managing 4–8 client accounts simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and EnglishStrong presentation skills: can present work to clients confidently and handle objectionsUnderstanding of social media content production: knows what a reel is, understands posting cadences, familiar with Instagram/TikTok/YouTube formatsBased in CairoExperience in a video/content production agency (not just traditional advertising or PR)Familiarity with Egyptian brand landscape (F&B, real estate, sports, lifestyle)Experience writing client-facing proposals, SOWs, and renewal documentsComfort with numbers: can discuss budget, pricing, and ROI with clients without needing the MD presentExperience with CRM or PM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Monday.com)Warm and professional: clients enjoy working with them; builds trust quicklyOrganized and responsive: replies to clients within 2 hours during business hours; never lets a message sit unreadProtective of the team, translates unreasonable client demands into manageable asks rather than passing them through rawCommercially aware: always thinking about how to grow the account, not just service itCalm under pressure: when a client is upset about a late delivery or a revision, they de-escalate before involving leadershipHigh EQ: reads the room in client meetings, picks up on dissatisfaction early
