QStaffers is currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our partners, an industry leader in Sales Services!Job Summary:The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and selection to onboarding. The role partners with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure selection of high-quality candidates aligned with company culture.Responsibilities:Achieve the target headcount objectives within the requested timeframe.Manage the full Full-Cycle Recruitment; sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.Carry out initial interviews for all positions, including senior roles in accordance with the company policy.Provide a set of analysis reports along with the talent management team such as turnover and resignation analysis reports.Generate monthly and quarterly recruitment and headcount reports.Participate in the job design process.Collaborate with hiring managers and advise on market trends.Continuously assess the efficiency of the current recruitment channels and innovate new tools to achieve the headcount targets.Use different resources to build a pool of candidates through:Attending employment fairs.Posting vacancies on online recruitment dashboards and other channels.Direct contact with universities’ career centers.Prospecting potential candidates using different databases such as Linkedin and other platforms.Support employer branding initiatives.Scope:Standard Area:To execute full-cycle recruitment across all position levels by managing sourcing, interviews, and offer processes—while maintaining candidate pipelines, generating headcount reports, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet headcount targets efficiently.Innovation Area:To elevate talent acquisition by continuously optimizing sourcing strategies, leveraging market insights, and partnering with management on job design—while providing analytical reports that inform retention strategies and enhance employer brand presenceRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business.3–5 years of experience in recruitment.Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems.
