AmCham Egypt is currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relations Officer to support member engagement, retention, and growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with member companies by ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and participation in AmCham activities, programs, and services.Drive membership growth by acquiring new member companies and expanding AmCham’s membership database through networking, events, referrals, outreach activities, and relationship-building with key decision-makers.Conduct membership presentations and briefings, develop membership proposals and value propositions, and lead membership acquisition efforts to achieve growth targets.Support member company retention, renewal, and engagement by managing onboarding, enhancing member experiences, responding to inquiries and escalations, and fostering strong relationships.Monitor market trends and feedback from member companies to identify growth opportunities and support the continuous improvement of membership services, benefits, and programs. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in business development, account management, customer relations, public relations, sales, or a similar role.Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to engage with senior executives and key decision-makers.Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/database systems.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve targets.Previous experience in chambers of commerce, business associations, NGOs, professional services, or membership-based organizations is a plus.Location: Dokki (on-site)
