This role sits at the intersection of medicine, data, and engineering, working on systems that help doctors make better, safer decisions with full patient context.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Clinical Intelligence DevelopmentDevelop AI-driven features for clinical decision support (CDSS)Translate medical knowledge into structured, usable logic and modelsBuild systems for differential diagnosis, risk scoring, and clinical recommendationsData & Model DevelopmentWork with structured and unstructured clinical dataTrain, evaluate, and refine machine learning modelsEnsure models are accurate, explainable, and clinically relevantIntegration with ProductIntegrate AI outputs into the clinical workflow within the platformCollaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure usability and performanceSupport real-time and asynchronous AI use casesValidation & SafetyValidate AI outputs with clinical reasoning and evidence-based guidelinesMonitor model performance and continuously improve accuracyEnsure safe usage of AI in clinical environmentsRequirementsRequirementsBackground in Computer Science, AI, Biomedical Engineering, or related field3–6+ years experience in AI/ML developmentStrong programming skills (Python preferred)Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)Understanding of data structures and model evaluation techniquesPreferred ExperienceExposure to clinical workflows or healthcare dataExperience working with medical datasets, guidelines, or ontologiesFamiliarity with clinical decision support systems (CDSS)Understanding of medical standards (ICD, SNOMED, LOINC)
