In this role, you will play a key part in streamlining provider workflows by accurately documenting patient encounters and ensuring medical records are prepared for timely review and sign-off.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately update healthcare platforms with patient prescriptions, visit notes, and relevant medical information.Handle inquiries from U.S. healthcare providers via email and online messaging platforms, ensuring prompt and professional communication.Transcribe patient visit notes and maintain complete, accurate, and compliant medical documentation.Ensure patient charts are prepared for provider review and sign-off.Support healthcare providers by maintaining timely and accurate documentation to enhance operational efficiency.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, clinical, or healthcare-related role is preferred.English proficiency at B2–C1 level with strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.Work ConditionsLocation: On-site – Nasr City, CairoSchedule: Full-time with fixed shiftsMidday Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AMDays Off: Two fixed days off per weekCompensation & BenefitsNet Salary: EGP 21,200Social and Medical InsuranceExposure to a wide range of U.S. healthcare systemsClear career growth and development opportunitiesHybrid work after 3 months based on performanceAt Innovative BPO, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.
