Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Spanish Customer Service Agents, based in Qesm El Maadi with the flexibility to work remotely on scheduled days. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Agents will handle customer communication, provide accurate information, and maintain high standards of service quality to foster loyalty and trust. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer SatisfactionProficiency in managing Customer Experience and resolving client concerns effectivelyFluent proficiency in Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain composure in high-pressure situationsStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailPrior experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plusFlexibility to work in a hybrid role with occasional in-office presence in Qesm El MaadiHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in customer service are an advantage
