The company is committed to driving technological advancements and expanding investment opportunities across diverse regions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Closer, based in New Cairo with some flexibility for remote work. The Closer will primarily oversee deal closures by coordinating with buyers, sellers, and other involved parties to ensure a seamless process. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing escrow processes, and maintaining effective communication throughout the transaction cycle. The Closer will collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to meet company goals and secure successful outcomes.QualificationsStrong communication skills to effectively interact with buyers, sellers, and stakeholders.Experience in managing closings and deal closure processes, ensuring all transactions are finalized accurately and efficiently.Customer service expertise for building trust and delivering a positive client experience.Proficiency in handling escrow processes to ensure secure and transparent transactions.Detail-oriented mindset and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Familiarity with real estate or investment processes is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
