The Telemarketing Specialist will make outbound calls to prospective and existing users to introduce Medicazone’s services, explain platform benefits, and encourage engagement and conversions. Daily tasks include identifying potential leads, maintaining call logs and customer records, following up on inquiries, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns. The role also involves handling basic customer questions, providing clear information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when needed. The Specialist is expected to meet call and conversion targets while maintaining a professional, service-oriented approach.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with diverse callers and provide a positive experience.Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and support revenue growth.Candidates should possess Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve minor issues, and direct users to appropriate resources.Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in spoken Arabic; good English communication skills are an advantage.Candidates should have basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.Previous experience in telemarketing, call centers, or sales roles is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Giza, meet performance targets, and maintain confidentiality of user information.A high school diploma is required; a university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
