In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving commercial excellence, revenue growth, and operational performance across our cluster portfolio. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic, competitive market environment. Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion across the cluster Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing commercial teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvementManage cluster P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring to ensure profitability targets are achieved Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic partnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and internal leadership teams Oversee pricing strategies, revenue optimisation, and commercial negotiations to maximise profitability Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to inform strategic decision-makingEnsure alignment of commercial objectives with organisational goals and corporate standards Drive operational excellence and efficiency improvements across all commercial functions Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to support team development and career progressionQualificationsRequired Skills & Experience:** Minimum 7 years of commercial or sales leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a cluster or multi-unit management capacity Proven expertise in P&L management, financial forecasting, and budget administration Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that deliver measurable revenue growthStrong people management and team leadership capabilities with experience building and motivating high-performing teams Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term vision Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with commercial acumen Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics interpretationDesirable Skills & ExperienceExperience within the hospitality, tourism, or leisure sectors Knowledge of the Egyptian market dynamics and Red Sea region business landscape Exposure to international brand management or multi-national organisations Experience with digital transformation and technology-enabled commercial solutions Track record of successful team expansion and organisational development Familiarity with revenue management systems and commercial software platforms
