At the heart of our business.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesAs a Compensation Professional, you will possess a wide variety of knowledge across your job role and have a holistic working knowledge of compensation programs and processes. You will act as a connection point between different groups, serving as a subject matter expert in employee and executive compensation. Your primary responsibilities will include: Develop and Implement Compensation Programs: Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs and processes, including salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, and compensation recommendations. Conduct Local Salary Surveys: Conduct local salary surveys to inform compensation decisions and ensure competitiveness in the market. Provide Technical Expertise: Demonstrate and maintain technical expertise in all matters related to employee and executive compensation, serving as a subject matter expert. Collaborate with Clients: Act as a connection point between different groups, providing client-facing support and guidance on compensation-related matters. Administer Compensation Processes: Administer compensation processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.Preferred EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional Expertise Exposure to Compensation Programs: Familiarity with developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs and processes, including salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, and compensation recommendations. Understanding of Local Salary Surveys: Knowledge of conducting local salary surveys to inform compensation decisions and ensure competitiveness in the market. Technical Expertise in Compensation: Exposure to demonstrating and maintaining technical expertise in all matters related to employee and executive compensation. Client-Facing Support Experience: Experience working with clients, providing support and guidance on compensation-related matters. Compensation Process Administration: Familiarity with administering compensation processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.Preferred Technical And Professional Experience Advanced Compensation Program Knowledge: Exposure to complex compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluation methodologies. Familiarity with designing and implementing compensation programs that align with business objectives. Specialized Technical Expertise: Exposure to advanced technical expertise in compensation, including data analysis, market research, and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of applying technical expertise to inform compensation decisions and drive business outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with various stakeholders, including HR, finance, and business leaders, to design and implement compensation programs that meet business needs.
