Collection Supervisor

Supervise and manage the collections team, assign tasks, and monitor performanceFollow up on outstanding receivables and reduce overdue accountsDevelop and implement collection plans and schedulesReview customer accounts and ensure accuracy of balancesHandle delinquent customers and negotiate payment solutionsCoordinate with Finance and Sales to resolve collection issuesPrepare regular reports on collection performance and agingEnsure compliance with collection policies and proceduresTrain and develop the collections team Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of collection processes and credit control practicesGood understanding of accounting principles and financial statementsExcellent negotiation and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and customer handling skillsAbility to manage and motivate a teamProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systemsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood command of English
